Come experience the mind-calming, body-affirming benefits of yoga with the life-giving breath of the Holy Spirit! Grace Unfolding is a unique, Christ-centered yoga class that weaves in prayer, Scripture and Christian music to help you tap into and deepen your connection to the Lord as you stretch and strengthen your body. It is practiced at a relaxed pace appropriate for all experience levels, and includes quiet reflection at the beginning and end of each class. Simply bring a mat and an open heart! A zoom option is available, class is held in the Chapel.

Explore the benefits of gentle stretching and strengthening right from your chair. No experience necessary. Just wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and you’re ready to go. A $10 donation per class is welcome, half of which will be donated to local mission work. This class is held on zoom.

We would be delighted if you would join us for our monthly Oasis Service on Thursday, July 10th at 7pm in our Southminster chapel. This is a meaningful service in candlelight, that is contemplative in nature with special music, and offers a very special opportunity to spend some time in the stillness of God’s presence.
