Overnight Women’s Retreat

Join us for one of our seasonal women’s sabbaths, retreats, and mini-retreats where we enjoy time for quiet reflection, scriptural exploration, hands-on creativity, movement and fellowship. Women of all ages are welcome to join us.

Seasonal Sabbaths for Women

We gather for sabbath time 4 times a year to take time away from our busy lives and connect to each other, share and learn spritual practices together. Led by Kari Sealund a certified Spiritual Director and Kathy Guidonis we incorporate things like breath prayer, yoga, music, soul collage, lectio divina into a seasonal focused morning to rest and revive our connection with the Holy Spirit.
