Tuesday Mornings 9:15-10:15 a.m. – Traditional Hatha Yoga

Class will not meet December 25 or January 1

Geared toward all yoga levels, from beginner to experienced, this class begins with a theme and intention, which is woven throughout the practice of postures, breath work, mindfulness and meditation. Throughout practice, you will work to increase strength, flexibility, balance, and focus. You will explore the many ways to improve your response to stress so that you may live more joyfully and with greater love and awareness. Tuesday Evenings 5:30-6:30 p.m. – Grace Unfolding

Come experience the mind-calming, body-affirming benefits of yoga with the life-giving breath of the Holy Spirit! Grace Unfolding is a unique, Christ-centered yoga class that weaves in prayer, Scripture and Christian music to help you tap into and deepen your connection to the Lord as you stretch and strengthen your body. It is practiced at a relaxed pace appropriate for all experience levels, and includes quiet reflection at the beginning and end of each class. Simply bring a mat and an open heart!

Thursday Mornings 9:15-10:15 a.m.  – Flow Yoga

Teacher Bios:

Tricia Wallace, a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT200) certified through Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, is an enthusiastic teacher who infuses her joyful spirit into her classes. She inspires students to reach beyond limitations, to experience a deeper self awareness, and to discover greater well-being and joy in all aspects of life. Tricia is married and the mother of five children and two corgis. She has practiced yoga for more than a dozen years and has taught it throughout the Chicago suburbs since 2009.

Kathy Gudonis has been a lover of yoga since her first class years ago. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) with a passion for integrating one’s Christian faith with the many positive benefits of yoga … balance, calm, flexibility, and strength. She believes yoga is great for people of all ages and abilities … and it’s fun, too!

Molly Kranovich is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) certified through YogaFit. She is also certified in prenatal and senior yoga. As a mom of three young children, with another child on the way, Molly loves the way yoga helps bring some calm into our hectic daily life. Molly’s classes are a mix of Vinyasa and Hatha styles of yoga. Her classes are accessible for any level yogi and provide an opportunity to tone and strengthen both your body and your mind.
