Explore the benefits of gentle stretching and strengthening right from your chair. No experience necessary. Just wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and you’re ready to go. A $10 donation per class is welcome, half of which will be donated to local mission work. This class is held on zoom.

Come experience the mind-calming, body-affirming benefits of yoga with the life-giving breath of the Holy Spirit! Grace Unfolding is a unique, Christ-centered yoga class that weaves in prayer, Scripture and Christian music to help you tap into and deepen your connection to the Lord as you stretch and strengthen your body. It is practiced at a relaxed pace appropriate for all experience levels, and includes quiet reflection at the beginning and end of each class. Simply bring a mat and an open heart! A zoom option is available, class is held in the Chapel.

Join us for a Community Read – The Overstory by Richard Powers. The Overstory is a powerful novel that explores the deep, often unseen connections between people, trees and the living world we share. This book weaves together the lives of diverse characters whose stories become intertwined with the lives of trees. It’s a moving, imaginative novel about connection, responsibility, hope and the quiet forces that shape our lives and our world.
