Come experience the mind-calming, body-affirming benefits of yoga with the life-giving breath of the Holy Spirit! Grace Unfolding is a unique, Christ-centered yoga class that weaves in prayer, Scripture and Christian music to help you tap into and deepen your connection to the Lord as you stretch and strengthen your body. It is practiced at a relaxed pace appropriate for all experience levels, and includes quiet reflection at the beginning and end of each class. Simply bring a mat and an open heart! A zoom option is available, class is held in the Chapel.

Join us on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, Oct 8, Nov 12, Dec 10 for an easy dinner, a time for adult break-out presentations, meetings, and/or just fellowship time. This is a fun way to connect with other families at Southminster. We even provide childcare if you’d like to join one of our adult activities after we eat. All friends and neighbors are welcome! Make sure to check our food sign-up sheet outside of the sanctuary for our monthly theme and to see what you can bring.  Free-will offering is optional, but gladly accepted to help fund these monthly gatherings.
