Cultivating gratitude and wonder for the gifts of each day is worthy of our heart’s every effort.  Come join us as we explore the intertwining of nature, beauty and gratitude … practice the Daily Examen, a cornerstone of Ignatian spirituality … create our own blessing baskets … and more!

The Social Justice team is offering a program called ‘Houseless Friends” on Sunday, November 2nd at 11:15 at GIFT hour after worship. This presentation will cover compassionate interactions with people experiencing Homelessness. Come and learn more about the complex issue of not having a place to live. Monica Stajniak from Northwest Compass is the Presenter. Time or questions after the presentation.

Explore the benefits of gentle stretching and strengthening right from your chair. No experience necessary. Just wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and you’re ready to go. A $10 donation per class is welcome, half of which will be donated to local mission work. This class is held on zoom.

Grace Unfolding is a unique, Christ-centered yoga class that weaves in prayer, Scripture and Christian music to help you tap into and deepen your connection to the Lord as you stretch and strengthen your body. It is practiced at a relaxed pace appropriate for all experience levels, and includes quiet reflection at the beginning and end of each class. Simply bring a mat and an open heart! A zoom option is available, class is held in the Chapel.
